Thermal stress molding technology is widely used in automobile, ship manufacturing process, and the sheet bend forming technology is an important stage in the process. With the development of science and technology, manufacturing put forward higher requirements on the technology, thus forming technology of high frequency induction heating emerge as the times require, However, in order to improve the production efficiency, adapt to the automation of production requirements, the preparation of high-frequency induction heating plate bending forming process database is around the corner, and the establishment of high accuracy finite element models play a key role in the subsequent large-scale simulation calculations.The finite element theory of electromagnetic field and temperature field in induction heating principle is researched in this paper, electromagnetic-thermal-mechanical coupled multi-physics finite element model was build using ANSYS-APDL programming language, Implements the electromagnetic field, temperature field, structure field more physical field coupling, and a three-dimensional moving high-frequency inductive heating magnetic coupling heat source was established. Through high temperature tensile test to collect the material parameters of induction heating steel material, and the measured material parameters will be used in the finite element numerical simulation. By coMParing the validation, this paper established a three-dimensional moving high frequency inductive heating plate bending forming finite element model is feasible and reliable.The bending deformation of steel platet was studied by changing the movement speed of coil, coil heating power, heating time, Research shows that, As the coil moving speed of bending angle increases at first and then decreases slightly, the radius of curvature of steel plate cooled as the speed increases sharply at first and then increases slowly and tends to be stable; bending angle θ of steel plate with the increasing of heating power linearly increases at first and then increases slowly and gently with the increase of heating power, the radius of curvature of steel plate with the increasing of heating power linear decrease sharply at first and then decreased slowly; The bending angle is increased with the heating time.A lot of simulation calculation with finite element model, It is concluded that the bending deformation of steel plate under different power, different heat source moving speeds, And prepare a list of the processing data. Finally the optimal processing parameter values in this paper were calculated through the MATLAB, and the function relationship between the bending angle, the radius of curvature and heat source moving speed,the heating power were obtained.
