Study On Environmental Protection Planning In Heyuan City Of Xinfeng River Reservoir Area

With China’s increasing population, rapid economic and social development, and city urbanization process accelerating,the shortage of water resources and water pollution is becoming increasingly serious situation has already become an important factor restricting the sustainable development of economic society and affecting people’s health in our country. Scientific, reasonable preparation of planning of water resources protection, especially drinking water source environmental protection planning, effective protection, rational exploitation of water resources,realize the sustainable utilization of water resources,to protect an important condition for economic and social development.The thesis of the Xinfeng river reservoir of Heyuan city rain collection area of research on environmental protection plan. First, based on expounding on the research background, research status of comparative analysis of water pollution control planning and water drinking table at home and abroad, the Xinfeng River drinking water source in research on environmental protection plan of the rain area technical route and content determination. Secondly, using 2008 as the base,through the investigation on the Xinfeng River Jiyu regional natural and social economic status, set based analysis of rain in regional environmental problems and environmental capacity, the planning of key environmental protection research. Third, a clear set of rain the overall regional planning principle,planning research scope, duration and target, technical route. Fourth, respectively, on the surface water drinking water source area in planning the rain water pollution prevention research, the main pollution source control pollution, study on planning the planning from two aspects of the point source pollution and non-point source pollution; on the set of solid waste pollution prevention planning of rain area, put forward the prevention and control measures in goal, effective planning, can significantly reduce the area of solid waste pollution of the environment; the rain collecting area ecological environment research on the prevention and control of planning, put forward the prevention and control measures in goal, effective planning, can effectively reduce the ecological protection, ecological destruction of rain collection area; development and utilization within regional comprehensive planning studies,proposed that conforms to the sustainable development of regional development planning, implementation of the protection of the ecological environment and local win-win situation characteristics of the mode of economic development, the development of local society and economy.In a word, through to the Xinfeng River Jiyu regional environmental protection planning of the study, this thesis made research results reliable, which provides a scientific basis for the Xinfeng River Jiyu regional environmental protection and social economic development.
