| The anchor block operation is frequently applied in the process of oil well maintenance operations, in which the anchor block machine is used as a special equipment. It requires the derrick to bear all the weight of the pipe column in well and drilling tools. When derrick stands up and there is no fixed device on the derrick, the derrick will collapse because the base area is lesser and all the heights of the derricks are more than 18 meters. Thus it needs to connect the anchor block to the ground and then make the derrick and the wellhead into a certain angle and erect. The device between the wire and the ground is called the anchor block. The region where Liaohe oilfield locates freezes for four months per year, and a lot of well fields are built with large stones. The workers have to use the pneumatic pick to break the permafrost because the quondam anchor machine can’t do the job in winter. The manual excavation on large stones has the disadvantages of high labor intensity and low efficiency which the anchor machine was developed to improve. The anchor machine takes the dongfeng truck as the carrier and adopts the rotation mode of excavator so as to complete a revolve of 360 degrees and expand the range of construction.This paper mainly discusses the overall structure of the anchor block machine in the oil well maintenance. According to the design requirements, the overall design of anchor block machine is completed, the structure and dimension of the main components are determined and simulation modeling and stress analysis for main components are accomplished. Furthermore, the main parts drawings and the assembly drawing are achieved by using the AutoCAD software. Then, the parts of the anchor block machine are manufactured and assembled in the machining workshop and welding workshop. After the technical requirements for operations in the workplace are completed, the final experiment on the anchor block machine is performed in real earnest. |
