Recently, with the depth of oil and gas field exploration and development, oil and gas drilling gradually shifts from shallow formation to deep formation, the rock hardness of drilling strata is bigger and bigger, the rock drillability grade is higher and higher, and the penetration rate of drill pits becomes lower and lower, the drilling cost improves gradually, so it shows the significance of high effective drilling technology in the modern drilling technology. Many scholars have finished a lot of researches on impact-vibration drilling, they revealed the theory of impact-vibration drilling from the practical point of view. But the researches which consider the impact vibration and drilling movement are very few, thus this thesis made a research on the rock breaking mechanism of resonance impact drilling by considering the above two movements.Based on the impact vibration theory and drilling movement theory, build the comprehensive model which considered the above two movements, and revealed the rock breaking mechanism of resonance impact drilling by combining the theory research and finite element modeling with indoor basis experiments. And acquired the following conclusions.1.Build the comprehensive physical model of resonance impact rock breaking system by combining impact vibration theory with drilling movement theory, made rock breaking degree specific by the expression of rock drilling displacement, and solved this model by importing dimensionless vibration parameters, revealed the motion differential equations of physical model in different stages.2.Based on the theoretical analysis, revealed that the rock breaking degree increases with the increasing of static load, dynamic load amplitude and impact frequency gradually. When impact frequency is closed to rock natural frequency, the rock breaking degree is the largest. And the rock breaking degree decreases with the increasing of rock hardness gradually.3.Verified the established comprehensive physical model by finite element modeling and indoor basis experiments. The research results are consistent with the theoretical analysis results, and proved the validity of the established comprehensive physical model. The research has important realistic significance and certain practical value on the field application of resonance impact drilling.
