Research On Technology Of The Aged Oil In Daqing Oil-field

The causes effect and the process of aging oil which formed in oilfield water treatment are summarized in the paper. Meanwhile, according to practicle situation, master sources of aged oil, through the field investigation in the Daqing Oilfield eighth plant joint Stations. We Sort and select representative aged oil in oilfield as research models, especially in the Song-er,Zhao-yi united stations, where aged oil are more serious. Through observing the morphology of the samples in the macroscopic and microscopic, and gaining the composition of the crude oil by indoor chemical analysis, to reveal the processing characteristic, which can form aged oil more easier. This method can provide the theory foundation for the following indoor research.According to the stability mechanism of the crude oil emulsion,and the analysis of combining with composition of crude oil,experiments in the laboratory are designed to analyze aged oil by centrifugal separation and ultrasonic dehydration.Introducing disc separator to separate the solids in aging oil, and optimizing the important parameters such as heating temperature centrifugal acceleration,centrifugal time and so on, to provide technique basis for Centrifugal separation test. Based on this we carry out Demulsification dehydration test with ultrasonic technology. There are so many factors that influence the effect of ultrasonic breaking emulsion, so we designed Orthogonal test to analyze six parameters, which influence the Demulsification and dehydration, including ultrasonic power, different types of demulsifier concentration of the different demulsifiers,breaking temperature,reaction time,settling time. Evaluating these results to choose the optimal parameters. According Laboratory tests obtained major ingredients of aged oil in Daqing Oilfield eighth plants, and proposed treatment process which combines centrifuge and ultrasound dehydration,provided technical support in the aged oil fields.
