Haituozi region in Jilin oilfield oil resources are very abundant, reservoir fracture development and low barrier strength, oil-water namely, etc. Since 2009, the company respectively in the blocks for large-scale development, production and development on production performance, although has obtained certain achievements, but still found some problems in drilling, especially when drilling and well completion, The cementing-slurry loss serious, low return is often happened, the cementing quality merit factor on the low side, severely restricted the efficient development of oil resources in the region.Are easy for the region well cementing leakage, low quality merit factor, the research of low density cement slurry system, and improve the ability of formation pressure research, comprehensive technical measures to improve the displacement efficiency of research and the construction technology of leakage well cementing technology research, successfully developed 1.25-1.35g/cm3 leakproof high strength low density cement slurry system, improve the ability of formation pressure of MSC-3H plugging drilling fluid formula, form a leakproof cementing displacement efficiency technology supporting and leakproof cementing technology, cementing leakage risk greatly reduce in Haituozi region, annulus quality assurance to recovery operation.Through the leakproof of the cementing technology research in Haituozi region, in 2011, the technology applied in 37 Wells, low return well 3 mouth, low return rate of 8.10%, compared with 2010,has reduced by 12%. Well cementing quality of high quality 32, merit factor is 86.49%, compared with 2010 increased by 43.86%, achieved significant effect, has formed the region leakproof matching cementing technology, provides the basis for subsequent production efficient development conditions.
