Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analysis to the development of water quality based on fuzzy mathematics is one of the focus of the study of data analysis method in recent years. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy mathematics analysis method absorbs the objective accuracy and universality, and has powerful function.Based on the background of water environmental quality monitoring,and application of water quality environmental monitoring data based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to water quality evaluate and assessment, building water quality assessment management platform. The main work includes the following aspects:(1) The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is introduced into the evaluation of water quality environmental monitoring data.The specific assessment processis divided into following steps:set the establishment of evaluation results of system; set the establishment of standard system;set the calculation of the weights of monitoring items;establishing the membership matrix of monitoring items; and at last, with the weights of monitoring items and the membership matrix of monitoring items,use fuzzy matrix composite operation method, obtain evaluation results.(2) The construction of water quality assessment and management platform. The water quality assessment management system uses the B/S structure mode, the server adopts PHP, MySQL database design tool, and WEB browser.(3) Test water quality management platform with water simulate actual environment monitoring data, and compare with data from single factor index method and Nemero index method.Water quality assessment and management platform can realize the analysis and evaluation are more objective and accurate of monitoring data. Environmental monitoring and evaluation results obtained, are marked on the map system, and the effective data stored in the system database, realize the historical monitoring data management and analysis and user management. The system also increases user print, user help auxiliary functions, through the system to help the competent department of environmental protection to achieve a systematic, standardized environmental monitoring data and the purpose of automation. |
