Therefore, an urgent need to apply modern design theory and method of dangerous chemical leak emergency plugging technology is studied, when the dangerous chemicals leakage, can use the hazardous chemicals emergency response technology and effective sealing material for emergency disposal quickly, to reduce or eliminate accident caused serious harm.In this article, through review and analysis of domestic and foreign literature, first of all, the severity of the consequences of hazardous chemicals leakage is expounded, and analysis; Secondly from the dangerous chemical accident emergency rescue preplan, typical of dangerous chemicals contingency plan information system and a decontamination agent is suitable for processing the typical dangerous chemicals three aspects analyzed the hazardous chemicals emergency response advanced technology, the leakage of dangerous chemical emergency disposal techniques and methods have a certain role in the development.This article in view of the high incidence of leaks in the pipeline was studied, and defects of pipeline and to quickly repair damaged coating is an important means to ensure the safety of pipeline operation. Therefore, outside the pipeline repair methods, the composite repair is to be able to realize the fast repair one of the best ways. In this approach, the requirements of the new adhesive has excellent bonding performance and the performance of rapid solidification, etc. At this point, the purpose of this part is the research and development this kind of adhesive, on the shear strength test, the applicability of the adhesive test, high temperature resistant test, medium resistance test of oil products, adhesive surface and liquid ammonia brittle break of the micros true ture of the test. The main research content is as follows:First, in E-44 with E-51 epoxy resin selected a nature good as matrix material, and polyurethane as toughening agent for modification. The results showed that adding E-44 epoxy resin adhesive test performance is good, so the selected base material for epoxy resin E-44.Second, talcum powder, diatomite,the packing cement powder and quartz sand in a nature selected the best as a filler,the results showed that the adding of talcum powder adhesive performance is best, so the selected filler for talcum powder.Third,q uantitative change adhesive formulation of epoxy thinners AGE,weather, silica,coupling agent KH560,filler talc powder,modified amine curing agent,promoter of DMP-30 content,study its effect on the properties of epoxy resin adhesive in all aspects. Results show that the adhesive of each component in the optimal proportion:100 phr, E-44 epoxy resin matrix flexibilizer polyurethane for 5phr, meteorological silica for 1~1.5 phr, the AGE of 12-15phr,DMP-30 for 3-4phr,KH-560 for 3-4phr, talcum powder is 70 phr, curing agent is 30phr.Worthy of the adhesive shear strength of 12.21MPa,began to decompose rate of temperature is 372.36℃,far higher than that of general pipeline 4MPa and 300℃; After soaking in the 93# gasoline shear strength is 11.3 MPa,12.08 MPa in diesel, for often contact medium tolerance is better. |
