Water Environment Quality Evaluation And Prevention Of Taoshan Reservoir In Heilongjiang Province

Water is the source of human life, is the valuable natural resources for economic development indispensable, development and utilization of water resources to provide a guarantee for the basic material necessary for the progress of human society and the development of the national economy. However, the world including our country in many countries or regions of the shortage of water resources, water pollution problem is quite serious, water pollution incidents have occurred from time to time. The water quality of the environment situation in China is not optimistic, pollution control task is very serious.Qitahe Municipality is an important old industry base in the southeast part of Heilongjiang Province. The Taoshan Reservoir is the only surface water supply source and takes charge of water supply for more than 70% population in the city. Therefore it is the most important matter that bears upon people’s life to study the quality of water environment, put forward reasonable and effective countermeasures for controlling pollution in the reservoir.The paper carries out a comprehensive study on reservoir water environment quality, deeply analyzes the pollution situation, main receipting tributary,water quality, eutrophication condition and water environment capacity in the reservoir area from various respective and angles, presents the relevant countermeasures for controlling pollution in order to protect drinking water source, further improve water quality and provide scientific foundation for optimizing water resources management.
