Phoenix tree seed oil content is high, good quality oil, the phoenix tree seed oil contains large amounts of unsaturated fatty acids on the human body has an important physiological functions and nutritional value. This article without destroying Phoenix tree seed protein, on the basis of using water leaching method and enzymatic improve the Phoenix tree seed oil spiral, and the composition of fatty acid in Phoenix tree seed oil chromatographic analysis, for the Phoenix tree seed oil provide theoretical basis for the research and extension to eat.This experiment leaching method to extract the first investigation hexane, ether, acetone and ethyl acetate solvent for the Phoenix tree seed oil yield efficiency and the effect of determine the optimal extracting solvent ether. And then to feed liquid ratio(1:10, 1:12 and 1:14, 1:16 and 1:18), extraction temperature(45 ℃, 50℃ and 55℃, 60℃, 65℃) and extraction time for(4h, 6h, 8h, 10 h, 12h) three factors in the single factor experiment. Found by experiment, two kinds of methods to extract the the Phoenix tree seed oil on the type and content of the fatty acids have certain difference. Water in enzymatic extracts C16:1, C18:1, C18:3(9, 12, 15), C20:5 four kinds of unsaturated fatty acid, and the method of ethyl ether extract of C18:1, C18:3(9, 12, 15), C20:5 three kinds of unsaturated fatty acid. Water enzymatic than ether method a C16:1. In addition, the quantitative analysis shows that the unsaturated fatty acid using C18:1, C18:3(9, 12, 15), C20:5, on the content of the former than the latter in turn were 11.4%, 2.546%, 2.2%.
