| In our country, there are about 30 million tons of sludge which moisture content is about 80% each year, the key point of environmental protection work in China is how to dispose the sludge reasonable, and avoid secondary pollution.The sludge aerobic composting process at high temperature is one of the ways to be used generally. The sludge aerobic composting process at high temperature, is one method to use the microbial of nature and artificial cultivation, converting organic matter of sludge to stability humus, which is a biochemical process. The sludge has high moisture content and low porosity, the quality of a material is thick, that can not meet the physical and chemical conditions required for composting, so we can not directly compost with sludge. During high temperature aerobic composting, people need to add some conditioner commonly, to improve the condition of sludge. This topic is to enhance the effect of conditioners, conducted on the basis of woodiness conditioner modification, Mainly divided into the following three parts:(1) The modification of conditioner in order to increase the water absorption performance. Using NaOH to modification of wood, conditioner absorbent can be increased by 42.3%, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) images showed that after modification treatment of NaOH conditioner can be seen clearly under the scanning electron microscopy(SEM), catheter unobstructed, can offer good conditions to liquid penetration. And untreated conditioner duct are messy, and there are a lot of material block catheter pathway in the middle. Through infrared spectrum analysis, modification of NaOH group without ester and olefin characteristic peak, it shows that modification of NaOH in addition to the wood in the oil and its hydrophilicity improved, enhanced water imbibitions. In the experiment of sludge compost, it can be seen that using modified conditioner experimental with fast heating rate, the highest temperature is high, the high temperature period lasts long, the moisture content of sludge is significantly reduced, but the experimental group of NH3 content is higher than the control group. Using modified conditioners compost organic matter content as experimental group,and lower than control, compost with high efficiency.(2) The modification of conditioner in order to increase its deodorization performance. The conditioner soaked in 12.5%-25% sulfuric acid, drying at about 80 ℃, modification of carbide in conditioner surface. Carbide layer on the surface of the modified conditioner has a good effect on ammonia absorption, adsorption ability of ammonia can reach about 80%.Under the scanning electron microscopy(SEM) attached on a modified conditioners no ordinary conditioner pipe material, formed the gas and liquid penetrant channel. Through the infrared spectrum analysis, sulfuric acid in carbonized wood to remove the ammonization, aromatic hydrocarbons, ammonia fat and organic matter such as hydroxyl group. In sludge composting experiment, using the modified conditioner composting experimental temperature is not high in the control group, but its ability to balance the pile body moisture is better than the control group. Modified conditioner NH3 adsorption capacity is higher than the control, can reach 91.7%.Using modified conditioner compost organic matter content of experimental group is higher than control group, low efficiency of compost.(3) For composite modified conditioner, the advantages and disadvantages of these two modification methods, obviously, combine their compound modification. Can be seen by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) composite modification of conditioner duct lines are very clear, and the pit membranes have broken down, it did not appear in the NaOH and sulfuric acid treatment. Wood grain film hole burst increases the liquid permeability and gas permeability. Through infrared spectrum analysis, we can learn that ester substances, olefins, ammonization, aromatic hydrocarbon, fat ammonia and organic matter such as hydroxyl group addition in the composite modification of wood. Carbide layer on the surface of composite modification of conditioner has better ammonia absorption effect, the ammonia adsorption capacity can reach 90%, the water imbibitions and NaOH water absorption efficiency of modified conditioner is similar. Adding composite modified conditioner to composting experiment, the use of composite modified conditioner experimental temperature higher than the control group, sludge moisture content is lower than the control group. Its maximum ammonia absorption efficiency reached 81.7%, and the organic matter content of the experimental group decline more than the control group obviously, and the efficiency of compost is better than the control group. |
