| With normal wood and tension wood of Populus×euramericana (Dode) Guiner CL.zhonglin 46’as objects, the effects of fiber morphological properties, chemical compositions, pulping, and bleaching were determined; Then with freezed-dried normal wood and tension wood bleached pulp as raw materals, analyzing and comparing the difference of properties of regenerated films befor and after dissolved in different ionic liquid and silk fibroin/cellulose blend films. The results show that:(1)The morphologic results showed that width of cell wall, runkel ratio, ray proportion, and fiber proportion of tension wood was higher than those of normal wood. However, the lumen diameter, and vessel proportion of tension wood was lower than that of normal wood. Both the fibrous width are about the same.(2)Tension wood has the obvious glue layer, and from the chemical composition, it was found that cellulose content benzene-alcohol extractives, 1% NaOH extractives and ash of tension wood were higher than that of normal wood. In contrast, hemicellulose, holocellulose, and lignin of tension wood were less than that of normal wood.(3)Comparison of pulping and bleaching for normal wood and tension wood shows that: it was implied that tension wood had higher pulping yield, lower Kappa number, and lower brightness of pulp than that of normal wood. The largest influence to pulping yield and Kappa number is alkali concentration, and the highest temperature and time at it are the next by range analysis and single factor analysis of variance. The best process conditions of pulping is:alkali concentration is 16%, the highest temperature is 162℃, time at the highest temperature is 90min.(4) Normal wood and tension wood pulp are directly dissolved in [AMIM]Cl and [BMIM]Cl. Relative crytallinity and thermal stability of regenerated cellulose of tension wood dissolved in [AMIM]Cl is higher than regenerated cellulose of normal wood, and the opposite in [BMIM]Cl.However, the destructiveness of [AMIM]Cl to cellulose is higher than [BMIM]Cl,and DP of tension wood raw material is less than the normal wood. The regenerated cellulose membrane tensile strength size order is:normal wood dissolved in [BMIM]Cl> tension wood dissolved in [BMIM]Cl>tension wood dissolved in [AMIM]C1> normal wood dissolved in [AMIM]Cl.(5) Cellulose after frozen ball mill dissolved in [AMIM]Cl needs less time, and the relative crytallinity, intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonding force and thermal stability of regenerated cellulose decrease compared with cellulose directly dissolved.(6)Comparison of blend membrane structure and performance of silk fibroin/cellulose blend films dissolved in [AMIM]C1 by different ratios shows that:with the different of ratios of cellulose and silk, relative crytallinityã€hydrogen bonding forceã€interaction force and thermal stability are changing. Tensile strength of silk fibroin/cellulose blend films increases with the cellulose increasing.and tensile strength of the silk fibroin/cellulose blend films by two copies of normal wood cellulose and one copy silk is the best even better than silk the fibroin/cellulose blend films by two copies of tension wood cellulose and one copy silk. |
