| China is rich in coal resource. Environmental and ecological problems caused by coal mining has become increasingly prominent. Green coal mining is the only way to achieve sustainable development of China’s coal industry based on these issues. In this paper, the project of mine filling material used as mine gob filling material is proposed and obtained a detailed study.The mine filling material containing fly ash, gypsum, lime, portand cement, additives and other raw materials. Mixed with water to prepare slurry with mass concentration of 40% to 48%. The material has larger curing water, good liquidity, high early strength, moderate expansion, long-term stability, etc, which is one of the key technologies of coal mining. Through physical and chemical properties testing for raw materials analysis, determines the feasibility of the fly ash, cement, lime and other raw materials used in mine.This paper studied on the effects of mine filling material properties of process parameters based on detailed inspection of literatures. Detailed analyzed the hydration mechanism of mine filling materials and the necessity of raw materials. Compossed “fly ash-lime–water†system, performed the different content of raw materials. The optimum mixing proportion of mine filling material was determined of gypsum, lime, cement and other main raw materials. Meet the regulation indicators even achieve the best results such as compressive strength. Achieve low-cost and high-efficiency of filling technology. Then, strength mechanism of mine filling materials were discussed, and the reason of mine filling material strength generated was elaborated through XRD,SEM and TG. It was found that ettringite, C-S-H gel, C-A-H gel, C-A-S-H gel interaction result in.In order to discuss the feasibility for underground filling, the performance such as thermal, antifreeze, expansion and resistance to water penetration was studied. The results showed that the mine filling materials performed well properties, conformed to the requirements for underground filling, and the expansion could connects with the goaf roof actively.The mine filling material based on fly ash can be used for filling. For some metal mines fly ash is difficult to transport. How it can be feasible to make use of mine scrap material instead of fly ash. The results showed that scrap material achieved well effect. Which expand the scope of application of mine filling material. |
