The digital of Oilfield developed very quickly, and it is a present urgent question that how to bring the numerous dispersed oil well and the site into the whole process of informatization. Currently, the mainstream of remote monitoring technology is the application of Internet technology, Under the support of TCP/IP protocol and WWW standards, organize the software architecture rationally to enable the staff to access the network through the server quickly to get all the information under their own authority and promptly respond, the future development of embedded systems will become rapid and more and more mature, this new technology will be used in remote monitoring systems sooner or later, and it will be one of directions of the monitoring systems in the future. Embedded monitoring system enables to achieve the localized processing of information, improve the server performance. So each device has Internet access and service function, that is, each device can service independently, thus improve the quality and the scope of monitoring greatly.In order to get a wider range of applications based on high-performance embedded video monitoring technology, video surveillance framework and the corresponding development of platform technologies still need further refinement. The article will be started focus on Wintech’s development platform TMS6446EVM V2.0 hardware system development framework for monitoring system software and the support and improvement of the video quality. The main work of the thesis is as follows:First:Design the digital video surveillance systems according to the specific monitoring points of the oil fields, analyze and study the image processing technology and moving targets detection of the video surveillance system.Second:For embedded video server hardware structure based on the DM6446 processor, transplant the embedded Linux operating system; develop the software tool chain for the DSP core to run programs.Third:Develop an integrated development environment to resolve the complexity of software development under the heterogeneous environment, including a workflow builder, process and component parameters of the compiler interpreter. Supply the tool chain for building the components and processes for the developers and users, through the graphical approach to describe the video surveillance data processing. In addition, based on the support of library foundation, achieve some basic modules required in the video surveillance system, including the video compression module and the movement detection module, and verify the availability of the support library.
