Pipeline transportation is one of the main modes for natural gas transport. It charged with the important task of conveying in production, once a failure occurs, will induce serious consequences, causing major losses to the state and the people. In order to ensure the pipeline safety, and to protect life and property safety of the people, we must focus on stress analysis and safety studies for some special parts of pipelines. Engineering installation and maintenance inconvenience may lead to more serious consequences for the pipelines and equipments while in gas station; an important reason is that the elbow segment does not meet the strength requirements arising from the failure of destruction. In our country, stress analysis is only on local station installation design; however it is not across the board gas pipeline. In addition, stress design often relies on experience, and there is no a relatively reliable theoretical basis, so taking the station gas pipeline stress analysis methods to guide the safe design has gradually aroused the concern of the designers. In view of this, some typical gas station equipment and pipe stress are mainly analyzed in this paper.Firstly, access to large amounts of information on pipe stress analysis and the compressor vibration theory, include the classification of stress, a variety of load and its simplified approach (of which only consider the weight, pressure, temperature, and external forces caused by static load, the wind load, seismic loads and dynamic loads is not to study). Then derived the formula of compressive stress, external stress theoretically, and discussed the principle of CAESAR â…¡ during the calculation of piping stress, at the same time, it provided a computational model of safety valve exhaust reaction forces,and studied the vibration of reciprocating compressor piping systems causes and stress analysis methods.Secondly, from the view of software analysis, with the application of CAESAR â…¡, the closed safety valve to vent the stress level of the overall piping and pipeline compressor area stress are analyzed, then focus on the vent pipe and compressor import and export pipeline under the influence of all relevant factors (including different bend angles, tube voltage, and temperature, different anchor pier location) changes in the law.Finally, combined the theoretical calculation with software analysis results, comprehensive analysis of piping stress changes and the according improvements are presented. Methods and results in this paper may provide some theoretical basis and technical support for further study of the force characteristics of the vent pipe and compressor pipe in gas transmission station.
