Oilfield produced water is one of the most harmful derivatives which is produced during the process of oil production, with most domestic oilfield entered the stage of using water to drive oil out, the lack of injected water source and the difficult of produced water treatment has been a problem to many oil company. The oil produced water reinjection in situ treatment directly after seems to be a good method to satisfy both sides, but nowadays the requirements of processing technology and processing methods do not match each other, which is a very difficult problem of oil company and even the entire oil industry. This paper based on this issue, using one of Oilfield Produced Water Treatment, analyzed and studied of produced water treatment system, and designed wastewater treatment device of oilfield produced water. Taking this as the background, and the coagulation stirring test and mixing numerical simulation as the vectors to research the coagulation, made the comparison and analyzed of the square container and circular container that influenced the coagulation effect; also analyzed the stirring paddle size effects on coagulation effect.The main contents of this paper are:(1) Combined this oilfield produced water distribution and analysis temple2sets of the pond water quality, designed the oil separation subsidence-neutralization and coagulation reaction-oxidation-physical settlement-plate and frame filter-multi medium filtration-fine filtration process of ultraviolet sterilization, and put forward the settlement of builting oil separating pool, combine the mixing coagulation sedimentation unit and the movable skid mounted processing device as water treatment construction mode;(2) By means of orthogonal coagulation stirring test, analysed coagulation conditions that effects the coagulation effect, the order is fast stirring time>fast stiring speed> slow stirring time> slow stirring speed;(3) Compared under the same conditions, the square container and circular container’s effects on coagulation mixing effect, the test results show that the square container for coagulation mixing effect is better than the circular container square container; numerical simulation results also show that the square container, in velocity, turbulent energy field and effective energy distribution is more balanced, distribution characteristics of this more balanced made coagulation vortex turbulent mixing in a wider range of scales, vortex distribution to be more balanced, thus made the square container coagulation effect more outstanding;(4) According to the processing requirements, the structural of coagulation sedimentation pool was designed, and put forward the methods of turbulent jet of adding chemicals, which increase the fast pool turbulence extent, and also can improve the effect of coagulation;(5) Calculated and selected each processing equipment, integration of skid mounted and made the system debugging in the field, debugging results show that all the processing equipment has been working properly, and can achieve the designed treatment requirements.
