Among all kinds of ions detection methods, the fluorescence method is accepted lots of attentions because of its high sensitivity, rapid, efficiency and economy. Due to the fundamental roles that anions play in a wide range of biological processes and environmental protection, numbers of efforts have been devoted to the design of chemosensors of selectively binding and sensing anions. Recently, for the reason that the imidazole has special structural quality, it is widely used in anion detection and recognition research. In this paper, we designed and synthesized two imidazole derivatives which were successfully applied in anionic detection.1. We successfully designed and synthesized two imidazole derivatives(compound 1 and compound 2) which were characterized by 1H NMR and MS.2. The compound 1 was successfully used in the detection of ABTS2- in aqueous solution. The experimental results show that the compound 1 has good fluorescence quenching response versus the ABTS2-. These processes also have high sensitivity and strong anti-jamming capability, the linear range is 20~100 μmol/L. In addition, the IR studies show that the responses are based on the electrostatic interaction between the probe and ABTS2- and π-π accumulation between them.3. The compound 1 and single-walled carbon nanotubes composites were obtained through the ultrasonic way, and it was used to quenching FAM marking DNA single strands. The complementary single strands of the marking DNA single strands was not be added in the solutions until the system fluorescence was stable. When it was added in, the fluorescence is successfully recovery and the linear response range is 20~100 nmol/L. In addition, the base pairing between the two strands of DNA making the probe has high selectivity and sensitivity.4. The compound 2 was directly used for the determination of nucleotide. The experimental results show that the compound 2 has good fluorescence quenching response for the nucleotide from living organism beside other small phosphoric acid group show almost no response of it. In further linear experiments, we found that the relative fluorescence intensity and the concentration of ATP have good linear correlation at the range of 10~90 μmol/L. The probes also have wide pH application scope(pH=6~10), which is beneficial to be used in the real samples detection.
