This article is based on 7075 aluminum alloy tensile creep rupture and test method for creep tensile test on 7075 aluminum alloy material, according to the test results using Origin software for curve fitting, construction of 7075 aluminum alloy sheet creep age forming constitutive equation.To establish finite element model of 7075 aluminum alloy sheet creep age forming process, using MSC.Marc finite element analysis software for creep aging temperature field, stress and strain field of forming process is analyzed, predict the springback of plate,and the corresponding creep into form experiment.Studies of the microstructure of the creep age forming structure and the performance impact.The main research work of this paper is as follows.:1.Based on the metal material creep and tensile test methods for durability,In the aging temperature of 150℃ ~ 190℃and the initial stress within the scope of 100 ~ 200 Mpa,measured creep experimental curve.Based on the hyperbolic sine creep constitutive model,using linear regression method to establish the 7075 aluminum alloy creep aging constitutive relation.The results show that,based on the hyperbolic sine function creep constitutive model of isothermal get fitting curve with the experimental value is better,can accurately describe the creep aging forming process.Provides a basis for numerical simulation of the process of creep age formingfor aluminum alloy 7075.2.Using MSC. Marc finite element analysis software, the finite element model is established, through the finite element analysis method, the creep age forming process temperature field, stress and strain field were analyzed, and the implementation of 7075 aluminum alloy plate springback prediction,and the constitutive equation and springback prediction of inspection.3.An analysis of the creep age forming has been test samples of microscopic microstructure observation, the creep age forming effects on 7075 aluminum alloy microscopic metallographic organization and properties.
