Now, the common honeycomb composites were made by bonding planar materials and pressing. The honeycomb composites were made through stacking materials lawyerly,bonding in the right position and setting. Although the making process was easy, the integrity of composites was bad, especially in the high temperature and under the external force., the bonding was cracked easily.The three-dimensional honeycomb composites were made of reinforcements which were3 D woven honeycomb materials and matrixes which were resin, the composites had the enhancement structure with fibers and super function. The shortcoming of common honeycomb composites could be overcame by new composites. The composites could be used in aerospace/, cat area, shipbuilding, building, storage area, pipeline transportation and etc, it had a bright prospect.Different kinds of sect5ions(triangle, quadrilateral, hexagon) 3D woven honeycomb materials were low cost made on the common loom Y100 S with 800 tex twisted glass fibers which were the warp and 2000 tex untwisted basalt fibers which were the weft. Different kinds of sections of 3D woven honeycomb composites were made of reinforcements which were 3D woven honeycomb materials and matrixes which were resin, through VARTM process. Three-point bending test with four different kinds of velocities(2mm/min,10mm/min, 20mm/min, 50mm/min) of 3D woven honeycomb composites were tested on the TH-8102 S servo digital universal tester. The bending load-velocity curves, the largest load-velocity curve, bar chart of energy were got from this experiment. Analysis the experiment, the bending load was larger as the velocity bigger with same section of 3D woven honeycomb composites. The bending load of hexagon was ther best and the bending load of triangle was the worst with the same velocity. The largest load was bigger as the velocity bigger with the same section of 3D woven honeycomb composites. The energy absorption was bigger as the velocity bigger with the same section of 3D woven honeycomb composites. The failure pattern mode of 3D woven honeycomb composites were that theupper surface(the surface contact with the compressive bar) was compressive failure and the undersurface was fail in tension, the resin cracking, fibers pulling and fracturing were the main failure of the composites.The three-point bending test of 3D woven honeycomb composites was simulated with ABAQUS soft. The bending load-velocity curves, the largest load-velocity curve, bar chart of energy, the stress distributing graph of different time, the failure pattern mode were got from the simulation analysis, and then compared with experiment, they got the consistency. The4 model could be controlled parameters, copy and transplanted. It had the important significance for the 3D woven honeycomb composites which with the high impact damage tolerance.
