The Structure and Function Principle was applied to homogenize pool’s conventional research,homogenize principles and its corresponding mathematical model for particular structure had been established,the only inadequate point is lack of the machine which can create the special fluctuation of the quality and quantity of water,so it is difficult to meet the requirement of homogenize pool’s quantitative evaluation.This paper takes the characteristical fluctuation of the homogenize pool’s water—sine fluctuation as the study target,design the movable outlet the quantity of water fluctuation generator、the movable level the quantity of water fluctuation generator、the quality of water fluctuation generator.The characteristic equations of three generators are established,the precision、the accuracy、the similarity to sine fluctuation and the adjustability are analysised through the theoretical analysis、experiments and the analysis of deviation.We can draw these conclusions:1).Based on the theory of short tube outflow, establishes the characteristic equations of the movable outlet the quantity of water fluctuation generator(t) 1Q =mA2 g( H +L +R ×sin(2pnt)), establishes the characteristic equations of the movable level the quantity of water fluctuation generator() 12( sin(2))tq =mA g h -L +R ×pnt; Based on the movable level the quality of water generator and the theory of short tube outflow, establishes the characteristic equations of the quality of water fluctuation generator2).The level between the water tank and the water outlet with the difference according to the standard of sine, the hydraulic characteristics of the theory of short tube outflow are the causes of the difference between the characteristic equation and the standard sine function;according to the deviation calculation,the average relative deviation between the theory effluent curve of three generators with the standard sine function is 0.20%~2.30%, which shows the water flow curve in theory and the standard sine function have higher similarity;3).The movable outlet the quantity of water fluctuation generator、the movable level the quantity of water fluctuation generator、the quality of water fluctuation generator, for arbitrary parameter,the average relative deviation of the five groups of experiment data is 1.40%~4.80%, the average relative deviation between the five groups of experiment data and the theory effluent curve of three generators is 1.60%~10.40%, the average relative deviation between the five groups of experiment data and the standard sine function is 1.50%~9.80%,which shows the three generators possess better stability and higher precision 、 accuracy 、 the similarity to sine fluctuation;4).The double valves and double disks minus flow the quality of water fluctuation generator possess the function of equivalent reduction through the double valves and double disks to keep stable effluent flow rate unchanged at a set value; The double valves and double disks plus flow the quality of water fluctuation generator can provide water flow which the phase difference of PI, to balance the high concentration of water flow, so that the total water flow to maintain a constant level;the two generators can produce rectangular and sinusoidal water whose period, amplitude and average value are needed,through ratio of mixed mode of different concentrations of water and different operation method;5).The regulating effect test of concentric circle regulation pond is based on the quality of water fluctuation generator, changing the water fluctuation average value, the average relative deviation between the five groups of experiment data and the theory effluent curve is 1.95%~4.43%,which shows the quality of water generator can provide steady inlet flow curve during the experiment; adding the water fluctuation average value, the average relative deviation between the experiment data of concentric circle regulation pond and the theory outlet curve is 36.53%、16.73%、8.27%,which shows the average relative deviation between the experiment data of concentric circle regulation pond and the theory outlet curve is decreases with the increase of inlet fluctuation average value.
