The speeding up of industrialization and urbanization,resulting in the acceleration of greenhouse gas emissions from the destruction of the global carbon balance, large amounts of greenhouse gases causing global warming,and thus lead to all kinds of disasters.On the one hand, human activities in the extensive use of carbon-based energy sources such as coal, oil, natural gas is the main factor of the faster increase in carbon dioxide emissions, on the other hand,due to the impact of human activities,land use/cover change is that the number of carbon sink and certain changes in the distribution of the carbon and carbon losses also produce certain effect. Remote sensing and geographic information system applied to less carbon / sinks study of land use change,the current study is not high accuracy and predictability. To do this, how to use remote sensing and geographic information systems approach to start on carbon sources / sinks dynamic change of different land use research, enhance the accuracy and usefulness of regional carbon cycle assessment, explore ways and means to become a regional carbon estimation of this study the main problem.On the basis of domestic and foreign carbon sinks Carbon combing theory, methods, ideas and build a basic framework for the study of Henan carbon sinks, taking Henan province as an example, based on GIS and RS technology, combined with the related social economic statistical data, with energy production and consumption structure and the regional vegetation condition as the breakthrough point, used coefficient method, the IPCC reference methods for source of carbon sequestration of carbon in Henan province were classified estimates; According to the results of each area,analyzes the main carbon source and carbon sequestration in Henan province of time sequence and spatial distribution pattern changes, this paper discusses the factors that influence carbon emissions Henan Province, specifically from the national policies, regulations and policies, the industrial structure, energy consumption structure and social development measures to reduce sources made by baking sinks in order to provide the necessary theoretical and practical basis for the development of low-carbon economy in Henan Province.Studies show that the structure of the production in Henan coal-based energy structure determines the region with coal, coke, coal and other energy resources class-based energy consumption structure, due to high carbon emission factor of energy resources, determines the energy with high carbon emissions in Henan province.In south west of Henan province, the forest coverage, while, in the east, which is mainly composed of farmland artificial vegetation determines the amount of carbon sequestration in Henan province present decreasing trend from the southwest to the area of eastern. This study included:(1)On the basis of the summary and analysis of domestic carbon sinks on research methods to determine the energy consumption and carbon emissions conversion factor of industrial production, as well as carbon sinks coefficient of different land use patterns, select2005,2009 and 2013 Landsat TM, ETM and OLI remote sensing data in Henan province, the energy consumption data of 2005-2013,industrial products, arable land, population and land use change data.Using NDVI, threshold mask and supervised classification method to extract 2005,2009 and 2013 forestland, cropland, grassland and land use data validation and error analysis results. The results showed that vegetation cover data extracted from Henan Province in line with the land use change data.(2)Build a carbon source and carbon sequestration estimation model, estimate the calendar year in different land use carbon sinks data, study the spatial and temporal variation. Temporal and spatial variation in Henan carbon sources include: Judging from the amount of Henan carbon emissions by 2005 of 110 300 000 t to grow to 198 580 000 tin 2013,, this paper analyzes the factors fossil carbon sources of energy its greatest impact,followed by cement, steel and cement production increase in the maximum. Judging from the spatial distribution of carbon, high carbon emissions are relatively concentrated areas of central Henan province, Pingdingshan to the center, to the northwest gradually decreasing trend, Yudong and is concentrated in the southern part of the regional distribution of carbon emissions area, and northern regions of Anyang carbon ratio is higher. The per capita carbon emissions, process emissions per capita carbon Henan Province in the aggregate is growing, from the point of view of space, per capita carbon emissions decreased from north to south, from west to east gradually reduced. Carbon sinks slightly reduce the overall amount of Henan Province, compared to forest carbon sink function display, carbon sinks have a small margin increase carbon breakeven. The number of cities are carbon surplus declining, that originally belonged to the city becoming a carbon surplus carbon losses city, not only that, the amount of carbon per year surplus is constantly decreasing, due to increasing carbon per year, while the carbon sinks far less than the increase in the amount of carbon, the city is also increasing carbon loss data.(3)Reductions proposed by the Department of recommendations for the decline in the carbon balance of Henan Province, are: adjustment of land use, optimize energy structure, lifestyle changes to improve government decision-making, etc., in order to further improve the reduction in Henan Province by The Department provides guidance.
