After ten years large-scale geological exploration.Tahe oilfield’s cumulative proved oil and gas geological reserve is780million tons, which is the largest integrated oil field ever discovered in the Tarim basin. In the exploitation of oil wells, due to drilling, acid fracturing, water shutoff profile, viscosity and other chemical process operations generated a lot of low-quality crude oil, which deteriorated after breaking crude oil dehydration still can not reach the outer standards, and has brought great impact on the processing of gathering and transportation system. In order to solve the problem of poor quality crude oil dehydration, paper-based understanding of the nature of the degradation of crude oil, to further analyze the formation causes of poor quality crude oil and the factors affecting the degradation. At the same time, I will study the dehydration technology of Tahe oil,and respectively use physical demulsification methods and demulsification methods to finish lab evaluation tests, and to optimize the technology of several kinds of dehydration, and ultimately forming a degradation of crude oil demulsification and dehydration combined process, develop a centralized dehydration of technology program. And carry out field trials demulsifier to evaluate the effect of breaking dehydration;Meanwhile track and analyze ultrasonic device T7-444station test. The experimental results show that the choice of this design,"washing/neutralization+large tanks+high frequency electric off" integrated treatment process can reduce the deterioration of oil to less than1%; developed the rpz-1and XN5/T7demulsifier was reduced by50%than field demulsifier.
