From the last century to the present, rubber and plastics industries in the world continued to speed growth, China is already the world’s rubber, metal zero components, production and consumption country plastic which capacity 2010 production of plastic products has reached58.3 million ton, and also to more than 10% annual growth rate, rubber production and consumption volume has exceeded 500 million tons, ranking first in the world. Due to the rapid development of these industries grow, the direction of the release agent applied more widely, and the amount is also growing rapidly, especially in recent years, with the rapid progress in rolling, injection, molding, extrusion process, stripping development agents in the variety and type of demand is also greatly improved yields. In the rubber, plastics and other industries, the release agent becomes an indispensable processing aid.The preparation of this topic is semi-permanent release agent, its subject is, fluoride compounds containing silicon, this kind of material has very low surface energy and high thermal stability and chemical stability, so it has high surface activity, high thermal stability,and high chemical inert. Compared with other types of release agent, advantage of this type of release agent are: release agent itself product quality stability, long storage period;It can use low concentration dilution and continuous stripping effect is good; For high viscosity material products mold release performance is good, and the basic after demoulding polluting the moulds and products, mold without cleaning, do not influence the secondary processing of the products.In this paper, hydrogen dual head, methyl trimethoxy silane, phenyl trimethoxysilane and ethyl silicate as raw material, organic silicone resin was synthesized with silicon hydrogen bonds, and to adjust the silicone resin by controlling the amount of water and reaction time.With hydroxyl silicone oil and 25% potassium hydroxide aqueous solution preparation of modified hydroxyl silicone oil. With hydroxyl silicone oil and catalyst for preparing modified silicone resin, cross-linked by a room temperature curing semi permanent silicone release agent, mold release agent to improve the performance and the stability of the type and contentof the change of each change. And carries on the analysis of infrared spectroscopy,viscosity,solid content analysis, analysis of surface contact angle analysis and peel test results show that, the characterization, silicon resin viscosity crosslinkable at 3.5 Pa ? s, silicone resin and the modified hydroxyl silicone oil than in 3:2, amine catalyst amount in 0.75%, solvent based silicone release agent 5%, solid content in the surface in contact angle of 90 °, release agent release performance and best stability, coated membranes can be cured quickly at room temperature 25 ℃, demoulding times can reach more than 20 times, repeatedly after stripping the peeling force is lower than that of 6N/cm, diluted to 1% times, still can reach the demoulding 9 times. And has good stability, placed at room temperature for 60 days, no gel,precipitation phenomenon.In this paper, a perfluoropolyether acyl fluoride as raw material, the first of its hydrolysis with perfluoropolyether carboxylic acid, and then the perfluoropolyether carboxylic acid ammoniation made further perfluoropolyether carboxylic amine. Then using the non-ionic surface active agent, the emulsion, preparation into aqueous organic fluoro emulsion type release agent, mold release agent to improve the release property and stability based on each group of aqueous emulsion content change. And has carried on the infrared spectrum analysis,content analysis, surface contact angle analysis and peel test results show that, the characterization, the solid content of aqueous organic fluoride emulsion type release agent in4%, contact the surface angle is 95 °, the properties of aqueous organic fluoride release agent coated film can best, rapid curing at room temperature 25 ℃, the curing time is 30 min, the release rate can reach over 20 times, repeatedly after stripping the peeling force of less than5N/cm. Can be diluted to 0.8%, the release number can reach 10 times. Preparation of emulsion, the emulsifier using TO-7 and TO-12 compound, the ratio of the 1:7 emulsion,HLB value was 11.4, the emulsification temperature at 70 ℃, in this case the prepared emulsion was the most stable, placed 60 days not layered, precipitation phenomenon.
