The improved method of hummers was used to prepare graphene in the paper. Nano copper was deposited on graphene/nafion membrane modified electrode by chronoamperometry. The electrochemical sensor for bisphenol A was prepared.Through the characterization methods by X-ray diffractometer, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscope, cyclic voltammetry, the nano copper, graphene and nafion membrane had been modified successfully on the bare glassy carbon electrode. Under optimal conditions, the electrochemical behavior of bisphenol A on modified electrode was determined. The result showed the peak current value presented a good linear relationship with the concentration of bisphenol A in the scope from 5.0×10-8mol?L-1 to 2.0×10-6 mol?L-1 in PBS buffer solution with pH 7.2, the linear equation is y=-22.66x-15.53(R=0.9975), the minimum detection limit 9.0x10-9mol?L-1(S/N=3). According to the experiment, the average recovery is between 97.5% and 102.3%. In addition, the reproducibility was studied. All the above showed that nano copper/graphene/Nafion membrane modified electrodes for the determination of bisphenol A had good selectivity, high sensitivity, simple operation, low detection limit, and so on.
