The second sewage treatment plant of the China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation Changling Branch (Changling Refinery) was built in 1997, Design treatment capacity is 600m3/h, and the actual processing capacity is 400m3/h. The main process is dissolved air flotation, the hydrolytic acidification tank and oxidation ditch biological process, the compliance of sewage treatment through the pipeline into the Yangtze River. After the modification of Changling Refinery, The concentration of COD of the original sewage was much higher than the design value, the influent organic load is too high, the sludge load exceeds the ability of sludge treatment; biological treatment is not up to the expected effect. Substandard water returning to the regulating pond is too much, and then more and more sewage enter the sewage treatment device, influencing its work efficiency, forming a vicious spiral. In order to ensure the normal operation of the second sewage treatment plant, to ensure the normal operation of production equipment of Changling Refinery, there is a necessary to transform or rebuild the sewage treatment facilities. Improve the water quality, and then can meet the production requirements.This design content mainly includes analyzing sewage water of the second sewage treatment plant, researching the process of sewage treatment plant second, putting forward the existing problems and deficiencies, and the solution. Analysis and comparison of the schemes, Choose the best scheme, considering the layout, construction, repair, management, economic and other factors. As far as possible to make full use of old facilities, Add some necessary facilities.Considering the factors of the specifications, original structure, process, terrain, investment etc. This design transformed the original homogeneous pool into biological contact oxidation pond. Partly improve the biodegradability of waste water. And improve the efficiency of biochemistry. Increase the depth of treatment facilities including filter and inner recycle biological aerated filter (IRBAF) after the sedimentation tank, to meet the discharge standard of sewage.Practice has proved that the "biological contact oxidation+filter+IRBAF process, can effectively achieve the depth treatment of organic waste water treatment in refinery.
