Currently, the increasingly problems of serious environmental pollution, including water pollution, has been becomeshed much light as one of the most important global environmental problemspoints,. Water pollution from theby discharge discharging of toxic substances, including containing pesticides is produced by chemical pollution becomeing more and more serious, which threat people’s health seriouslyresulting in doing harm to people’s health. Biological material of this study was Urostyla sp.(stern insectsciliated protozoa), which used as measured measuring semi-lethal concentration of chlorothalonil, trichlorfon, carbendazim on stern insects in 24 hours, based on the concentration, the lowest effective concentration which affects the cell’s division algebra on stern insects was determined of three chemical pesticides. The stern insectsCells were placed in a pit as monoclonal culture filled with different concentrations of the drugs in monoclonal culture,using dDaily separation method to was study used to count the changes in the number of insects stern cells, observing and recording the parasite division algebra every day, the with the whole study period isbeing 168 h,. Above method was used to determine different daily division times under different concentrations. Variance P value analysis in SPSS was also used to identify the minimum effective concentration when significant difference exists in daily binary fission in the experimental group and control groupand comparing the result with the control group to observe the effects of different concentrations of various poisons on the stern insects division algebra, through independent T-test analysis of variance P values to see if the experimental data in the experimental group and the control group were significantly different, according to the significant difference we used to determine the minimum effective concentration range of insects affecting stern split algebra, with a view of chlorothalonil, trichlorfon, carbendazim toxicity evaluation to provide a reference.The results of this experiment showrevealed that: chlorothalonil, trichlorfon, carbendazim 24 h median lethal concentration on Urostyla sp.the stern insects werewere 0.523 mg / L, 0.077 mg / L, 0.677 mg / L, so stern insectsand cell division rate minimal effective concentration significantly changed respectively: 0.087~ 0.105 mg / L, 0.0138~ 0.0167 mg / L, 0.161~0.193 mg / L. Chlorothalonil, trichlorfon, carbendazim chronic toxicological effects stern insectsciliates within 168 h showed inhibition of parasite cell division algebra, the end of the experimental group paramecium per 24 h decreased division algebra. The minimum effective concentration experiments, and arewere much lower than that of the national standard.Most toxicological tests determined that the lethal concentration of biological drugs and lethal concentration, whether it is to make the test organism were all dead or half dead so that the test organism, its concentration can be used as a measure of the presence of water or soil poison aquatic important parameters of biological toxicity.
