For a long time, the human society has been using the high pollution, high damage, high loss production form, in the high speed development of economy also accompanied by the shortage of resources, environmental pollution and so on. In order to improve the environmental pollution problem more and more serious, the national strategy of sustainable development in our country is also introduced, and the development of "circular economy" as a key method to realize sustainable development. Construction work is a part of economic activities of human behavior is very critical in building operations, and its related work an average annual consumption of fifty percent of the world combined material and energy, also made serious environmental damage. So, in order to further implement the strategy of sustainable development must be economic ideas circulating infiltrate the building engineering work.Since the last century ninety’s, with a large range of city planning and construction, city building garbage output is rising sharply, construction waste heaps, littering the road damage and pollution, so the situation was extremely serious. Since the beginning of this century, this phenomenon began to have some improvements. Most of the city according to the practical demand management, released the measures for the administration of construction garbage and construction waste some and regulations; application, declaration and examination and approval system preliminary construction completed construction waste transport vehicles, also started to enter the standardization of industry. A small part of the city has also established a construction waste recycling processing demonstration project and construction waste landfill site resources and transitional treatment facilities. So far, research on the logistics of the construction waste is still in the initial period of development in China, and the construction waste is combined with reverse logistics research field range is quite small. In actual operation, the construction industry in our country manufacturing produces a large amount of construction waste, solid waste is still in accordance with the original method to carry on the simple piling and landfill, causing such treatment of the waste of resources and serious pollution of ecological environment.At present, Kunming city urban construction in large scale, high-speed operation, the light is only the 335 villages of the demolition work can produce a huge number of building solid waste. Based on the statistical data of the official system, the next 5 years is the peak period of Kunming city construction waste output, total output of the city’s average annual construction waste is about 7600000 tons, engineering soil might be up to 56000000 party, but also did not take the subway and airport construction project which takes into account, one can imagine, produce the amount of building solid waste in Kunming city is a considerable scale, if not properly handled, on people’s lives and the environment will bring very serious harm.After a thorough study and analysis of the related literature at home and abroad, this paper sums up the relevant theories of reverse logistics and construction waste treatment disposal project, studying at home and abroad for construction waste treatment conditions, current situation and experience, put forward Kunming city Kunming city construction waste transport system short comings and bad habits, study on construction waste reverse logistics returns. Thus, the reverse logistics system is constructed in this paper of construction waste in Kunming, use of the established construction waste reverse logistics network optimization linear programming model, in order to achieve the construction enterprises and the logistics center location, path and other requirements. And on the basis of the above study, logistics and transportation of construction waste in Kunming city put forward the management and implementation of recommendations. Through the above research work, we can get the following main conclusions:1. in the research background of transporting construction garbage in Kunming city foundation, this paper lays out the basic definition and characteristics of construction waste logistics, so as to solve four perspectives to explore the characteristics and properties of construction waste reverse logistics in Kunming city from the generation source, construction waste flow, transition facilities and final treatment resources. This also is Kunming construction waste transport to logistics direction and angle presented a strong suggestion.2. based on the design of the Kunming city construction waste logistics, the application of mathematical optimization method, make the logistics transportation scheduling in Kunming city construction waste is more scientific, reasonable, accurate, standardized, planned dispatching processing facilities and the transitional places processing capacity, high efficiency and low to reduce construction waste to people life and ecological the destruction of the environment, in-depth implementation of the "resources, reduction, harmless" of the "three of guiding principle.3. through the optimization design mathematical model, the Kunming City District of slack variables, the dual variables and sensitivity to an in-depth analysis, capable of building solid waste in Kunming city each area produced to make sensitive reaction. Change but also calculate some construction waste generation amount of influence on the degree of the size of Kunming City, through the calculation results impact of changes in what area of Kunming city is relatively large, which can not only economy, building solid waste and effective with a smaller investment to efficient completion of Kunming City, the rectification work.4.after the model of building solid waste disposal sites slack variables, the dual variables and sensitivity study, can let us in maintaining optimal solution under the condition of unchanged, according to practical conditions to adjust the construction solid waste treatment facilities, make it more flexible, more practical demand. On the contrary some treatment facilities have not been fully used, did not reach the treatment facilities capacity. Standing in the long-term development perspective, the necessity that there’s no where duplication of investment and construction, so as to avoid overlapping investment to waste. Then some other disposal site, if you want to increase their capacity, can let the target value of treatment costs less. Then according to the actual situation, the appropriate adjustment to increase its capacity, increase the processing capacity of processing facilities.
