Now broken rock roadway deformation control of underground engineering rock mechanics research of the world’s problems. And along with our country economy hi gh speed development, resource development has been constantly to deep, deep roa dway under high stress, particularly in the areas that geological activity is relatively s trong, the traditional shallow tunnel supporting structure are not applicable. And a s eries of problems in deep mining, such as roadway deformation speed and long dura tion, the problem of roadway support maintenance difficulties, and so on, therefore t he reliability of roadway support structure is more demanding, if the roadway suppor t structure to ensure the reliability of can’t, then mine safety in production is not sa tisfied.This article mainly USES the method of FMECA analysis combined with fuzzy mat hematics calculate the reliability of each failure mode, in order to semi-quantitative F MECA analysis, through the analysis of the main body or FMECA analysis of bolting and shotcrete support as well as various failure modes of the spray anchor net supp orting and severe degree of influence on system, at the same time, the author analy zes the reasons of various failure modes, for the actual mining roadway support to be a guide, make the mine roadway support work can accurately grasp the key, wit h convenient and economic way to ensure the stability of the roadway, avoid the ha ppening of the accident.Through the structure reliability calculation, bolt support system is not applicable in sierra leone, as well as the structure of sierra leone lead-zinc deposit shotcrete s upport system reliability is low, must be improved to adapt to the production of the mine.Combined with FMECA and structural reliability analysis, to improve the sierra le one lead-zinc deposit, in order to guarantee the balance of production and safety, to sierra leone lead-zinc mine, on the basis of sprayed concrete, the density increase bolt and steel fabric, namely using spray the anchor net support system.At the same time by using the method of structure reliability calculated for sierr a leone lead-zinc mine of spray the anchor net supporting system reliability than the reliability of bolting and shotcrete is much higher. When bolt between row spacing between 0.4m to 1m, the structure of spray anchor net support system reliability ar e above 0.9, according to the actual circumstance of mine can choose different row spacing arrangement between anchor. In reinforced concrete structure under the spra y anchor net supporting system, it provides the structure of the resistance than the bolt support to provide more reliable, so it can deal with the geological conditions o f underground mines.
