Since the reform and open policy, our country national economy rapid rise, which is an indispensable key factor is the rapid development of the chemical enterprise. But as a result of the early chemical enterprises and management is not timely, the negligence of environmental problems caused serious environmental pollution, the air pollution is one of the most representative VOCs are the main factors of atmospheric pollution, scientists in recent years by a large number of experimental studies out of some of the ways to purify the atmosphere, the most representative is the catalytic combustion method in chemical control. Its simple and efficient and no secondary pollution characteristics become the present study the mainstream direction in the field of waste gas, and decided to purification effect is the most important factor is the preparation and application of catalyst. In this paper on the basis of previous scholars to explore, to explore a more simple preparation technology, excellent performance and better non-noble metal catalysts, catalytic effect of toluene, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride and other typical volatile organic compounds in catalytic reaction assessment, it is concluded that the activity of the catalyst purification effect, and then through XRD, H2 - TPR and BET analysis methods, such as the physical and chemical properties of the catalysts for detailed analysis.Research mainly through the coating method is adopted to different proportions of catalyst active component coating on monolithic honeycomb carrier, was prepared by different active component type copper and cobalt, cobalt chromium compound non-noble metal catalysts and their precious metal catalysts containing rhodium, explored the distribution of different calcination temperature, the coating carrier, active group ratio and space velocity influence on the activity of catalysts. Experiments show that the coating preparation of catalysts, active component is not easy to fall off, Cu, Co, mole ratio of 1:2 has highest catalytic activity, can under the condition of 250℃ will completely oxidation, ethyl acetate using Al2O3 catalyst preparation than acidic and neutral SiO2 of toluene and ethyl acetate effect is good, catalytic effect of composite catalyst was obviously higher than that of single component catalysts. Also found that the preparation method compared to other dipping or coprecipitation preparation of catalyst performance basic similar.Cr2O3/Al2O3 as basic raw materials by impregnation method of load, Pt, Rh in precious metals under the condition of 500℃ calcination doping transition metal elements was prepared after a series of catalyst, through to the CH2CI2 catalytic effect evaluation, reflects the precious metal content is best achieved in the 0.3 g/L, Rh than Pt load on Cr base catalyst effect is good, the experimental results show that Cr2O3 for chlorinated organic catalytic effect is obvious.
