| BFe30-1-1 copper alloy is now increasingly being used for industrial pipes, heat exchangers equipments and many critical ocean corrosion preventions application projects. This paper studied the isothermal compression testing experiments of this kind of alloy using the thermal simulation machine of Gleeble-3500 according to the characteristics of its main application areas and processing of production. The stress-strain curves under conditions which simulates the thermal processing, And constructed constitutive equation the form of the hyperbolic sine according to the stress-strain curve. The constitutive equation as followed: ε=8.53×104 [sinh(0.01645σ)]529×exp(-136868/RT)And then using the finite element software DEFORM-3D to simulate the hot compress test with the constructed constitutive equation. The simulation result comparing with the physical test result show that the constructed constitutive equation is suitable for BFe30-1-1 alloy, its accuracy is above 90%.Finally by using DEFORM-3D finite element analysis of the copper alloy BFe30-1-1 countersunk bolt at 700℃ to 950℃, the forming speed is respectively 75 mm/s and the 90 mm/s of forming process, the results are as follows:(1)The size of billet should be calculated accurately, if big it will produce burrs, too small will be filling fulfill;(2)The billet can be full of cavity, can obtain qualified products;(3)Forming the tonnage required to reduce with the increase of temperature, increased with each temperature 50℃,load by about 22%. Under the same forming temperature and forming the faster the speed, the forming load is higher;(4)Obtaining the forming streamline, crack and temperature distribution. |
