Throughout the history of human society and the progress of human civilization, we must strengthen the development and utilization of energy. At present, the sintering temperature of the glaze is often higher than 1000 ℃, namely, energy consumption and environmental pollution, not suitable for the development of the economic strategy in the future. Ultra-low temperature glaze research, due to its lower sintering temperature,makes its application more widely, made up by its defects can be used in ceramics, reduced the ceramic products of defective goods, reduced the waste of resources.The research starting from the theory of random network,is used the Na2OMgO-Ba O-ZnO- B2O3-Si O2 as the system, using ZnO, BaCO3, talcum powder as the cosolvent. In the research, we will change their content, then through daub, burned into glaze.In addition, we will discuss the glaze of DSC-TG, SEM, XRD and the glaze softening temperature.(1) Zinc oxide system experiment. As the change of content of zinc oxide, the glaze into glaze temperature will rise firsty and then fall lower by the DSC-TG diagram. When ZnO content is 14.23%, the glaze into glaze is lowest temperature,started in 624 ℃.To daub of slurries,sintering temperature of 640 ℃ and 700 ℃ respectively under the same time heat preservation,the glaze is a large number of crystal plate and the crystal size.(2) The barium carbonate system experiment. As the change of talcum powder content, The melting temperature of the glaze slurry increased after lower first, and then decreased by the DSC-TG.. To daub of slurries, sintering temperature of 640 ℃ and 700 ℃, respectively under the same time heat preservation, the glaze is a large number of crystal plate and the crystal size. Do to glaze paste softening point test, it can be obtained: that as the change of talcum powder content, the softening temperature of the glaze cut after rising first. when the talcum powder content is 3.26%, the glaze softening temperature is higher that it is 544 ℃. |
