This thesis studied a high strength microalloy steel with yield strength higher than 700MPa( hereinafter referred to as AS700MC) in Angang Steel Company of Bayuquan iron and Steel Company 1580 line of industrial production technology.In recent years, the high strength structural steel is extensively used to replace the traditional ordinary strength structural steel in the container, automotive and other fields, and the steel strength level is higher and higher, because the use of high strength steel can reduce the weight of components, equipment weight and fuel consumption, improving the equipment work efficiency advantages.In order to improve economic efficiency, resist risk, improve market share and consolidate further and brand image, it is essential to construct the of the Bayuquan branch of a boutique base in Anshan Iron and steel construction, and develop the industrial production technology of high strength microalloyed steel in the 1580 line.Combination of An-steel 1780 line of production experience, the chemical composition of the 700 MPa high strength micro-alloy steel was designed and a set of technology concerning controlled rolling and controlled cooling process was developed to adapt to the 1580 line. Therefore, the optimum processing parameters are obtained. The developed 700 MPa hot rolled strips have good strength stability and good cold bending properties. The performance can meet the user’s requirements after justified by the container manufacturing enterprises and the mass industrial production is achieved.
