East Anshan iron mine are becoming a single bucket-Truck Belt-semi continuous process from a single bucket railway and shovel truck technology.The change and efficiency of the production process need good blasting quality as the basis.We need to determine the optimal blasting parameters.The effect and analysis of blasting is the premise to ensure the blasting quality. In this paper, the field conditions in east Anshan iron mine by blasting, quality evaluation, inspection of blasting effect can be improved.In order to solve the problems above, in this paper,the system of blast fragmentation analysis and blasting optimization has been established by using the stope geologic investigation,test analysis, computer intelligent algorithm, image morphology theory and method.The system including scale design, algorithm design, software development, morphological reconstruction, the system uses morphological analysis and reconstruction technology, and realized the weight simulation provides support for screening, prediction of blasting effect. Through the establishment of blasting optimization neural network model, we can predict the blasting effect. A fast and reliable blasting effect evaluation method, evaluation method can change the laggard consumption to two blasting blasting quality evaluation in the past, improve mine blasting quality and production efficiency, this also can improve the economic benefits of the mine.
