In 80% of China’s metallurgical mine production in the production of strip mining, the perforated blasting as the main part in the process of production, to improve the utilization rate of resources and reduce the cost plays an important role.With a wide range of blasting operation, a series of effects after another that can not be ignored, most can cause people aware of the dangers of blasting vibration effect is triggered, the engineering security issues and civil disputes caused by blasting vibration, while mine production blasting have a greater role in the destruction of rock,resulting in rock mass are further broken and strength reduction, bring the late slope maintenance difficulties and huge economic investment. So by improving the blasting technology to reduce production costs have been an urgent.Anshan iron and steel group mining company "efficient research by blasting technology to help control" as the engineering background, on the basis of theoretical research, the modeling under the finite element software ANSYS, the no coupling coefficient respectively take K = 1, K = 1.67, K = 2.27 K = 3.33, K = 4.17 numerical simulation for the process of blasting, draw the corresponding stress nephogram and the stress response values for the selected five points. Focus on analysis of tensile stress in the adjacent hole attachment point unit, put the no coupling coefficient K and the tensile stress in the two adjacent hole attachment point to regression analysis, and compared the Dagushan specific rock types of specific rock physical and mechanical parameters of gneiss, it is concluded that when no coupling coefficient is 2.27 the stress response is desirable. Combined with numerical simulation, using the two kinds of coupling column to production test at the mine site, after the test, the actual forming effect of pre-splitting fissure and for about half size, porosity and retaining wall roughness photograph such as statistics, statistics above pictures of close pre-splitting effect and mine originally concentrated loading at the bottom of the bore pre-splitting effect of pre-splitting blasting were analyzed, it is concluded that using coupling column can get ideal effect of pre-splitting, drug column using slotted coupling effect is more obvious. Simultaneous analysis of the waveform data were collected by TC-4850 blasting vibration, contrast vibration amplitude, frequency, time delay, at the same time, comparing three vector synthesis vibration velocity and vibration time delay, the non-coupling charge of pre-splitting blasting schooled in every parameter, indicating an important role in vibration isolation drop apparently,drug column using shaped no coupling effect is more obvious.
