Advances in steel metallurgy technology spawned the concept of clean steel production, the number of upcoming non-metallic inclusions in steel, size, distribution control in the absence of adverse effects on the processing and performance levels. IF steel is a new generation following the boiling steel stamping steel and aluminum killed steel after, because of its excellent deep drawability and non- timeliness, has become a national automotive steel production level mark. At present, China’s production of IF steel cars can only be used for middle and low, medium and high-grade steel used in cars and then need to be imported from any foreign country, and the quality of foreign products there is a gap. In order to improve the quality of products from various processes needed IF IF steel production processes to be controlled inclusions in steel, so as to achieve a clean technology. IF Laiwu Steel for control of the production process inclusions, sliding out of control slag tap hole tapping technique, RH vacuum refining process optimization and process optimization tundish achieved little converter slag, slag-free tapping, RH vacuum refining efficient, molten sulfur, oxygen, nitrogen and other content control to reach the international advanced level, substantially removing the intermediate package inclusions. Achieve the production of high purity IF steel, resulting in a significant economic and social benefits.
