| With the development of technology and economy, the market demand for high-quality die steel is becoming more and more widely. At the present die steel is mainly produced by the ingot casting, The mould design, establishment of pouring process parameters, and the service condition of insulating board and heating agent play a decisive role in the quality of die steel, so does the control on the elements macrosegregation in die steel. Based on the concrete production technology of die steel produced by Pangang Group Jiangyou Changcheng Special Steel Co.,Ltd., in this paper, the behavior of 3.1t rectangular ingot casting, solidification and segregation is studied by numerical simulation in order to provide theoretical basis for optimizing 3.It rectangular ingot and establishing the pouring process parameters.Based on the commercial software Anycasting, a mathematical model is established to study the casting, solidification and segregation of 3.It rectangular ingot, on the basis of contrasting the temperature measurement experimental results and verifying the model accuracy,die steel 4Cr5MoSiV1 selected as a steel grade is numerically simulated.The effect of different pouring temperature and speed on the ingot solidification and solidification rate has been studied, meanwhile the effect of different materials of insulating board, riser casting height, adding amount and time of heating agent on the ingot solidification and defects has been analyzed, moreover the effect of different strong cooling outside the ingot mould on the distribution of C and S macrosegregation and different S initial concentration on the S distribution law have been studied.And we make a production test in the steelmaking plant,Pangang Group Jiangyou Changcheng Special Steel Co.,Ltd..The results show that:When casting the amount of dish ingot is "n", the degree of superheat is:T浇=(10+1 On)℃~(20+10n)℃,when casting the a th, the time of casting body is:t本售=(420+10n-10a)s~(430+10n-10a)s,the time of casting cap is: t冒啊=(340+10n-10a)±10s; Thermal conductivity of PS insulation board is 0.16 W·m-1·K-1,can suppression the appearance of the porosity shrinkage well.The heating agent should be added in time after mold casting, even earlier.And the amount of heat agent should not be less than 0.33kg. The reasonably of casting height is 300mm.Cooling intensity outside the ingot mould of 500 W·m-2·K-1 weak water cooling should be applied to save cost and reduce the Cã€S macrosegregation. |
