In the chemical production, most of the raw materials directly or indirectly gets from a variety of non-renewable resources, and new energy still could not completely replace traditional energy resources today. Therefore, in recent years, has higher requirement on the efficiency of mechanical equipment, studies of chemical production equipment to improve equipment efficiency obtained great progress, in chemical production equipment, high efficiency of chemical reaction equipment get promoted.Invention based on the self-design of the new double jacketed type fixed bed reactor(public number: CN104190329A)- A double jacketed type fixed bed reactor. Firstly, on the basis of the working process of the reactor, a complete set of control system provide for the reactor, the control system provides for automatic feed reactor and the circulating fluid temperature cycle and the reaction product output and other processes. The control system provides the automatic feed constant、temperature circulating fluid circulation、reaction process of finished product output for the reactor and so on;Then, we analyse the reactor heat transfer effect under different conditions such as different feed speeds, circulating fluid temperature and circulating fluid flow velocity;Finally, we analyse the reactor reaction chamber under different boundary conditions, the axial and radial temperature distribution effect, through the analysis of the reactor on the results of numerical simulation, optimize the import structure of the reactor, and optimizing the temperature control of circulating fluid.Based on double jacketed reactor for the results of numerical simulation were analyzed, and the results show that feed speed, liquid circulation velocity and fluid circulation temperature on the reaction chamber on the axial and radial temperature distribution will produce great influence, when the feed rate increase the heat transfer process will become shorter, and the temperature of the reaction chamber also become lower; Circulation fluid temperature alone, elevated circulating fluid temperature in the reactor radial section thermal distribution uniformity, pure elevated circulating liquid temperature does not change the radial temperature distribution phase, can only be close to the heat transfer surface increase temperature range, the temperature in the reaction chamber will decrease with the increase of feed speed; the low temperature zone length(axial) with the increase of liquid circulation velocity will be shorten With the increase of liquid circulation velocity,the reaction chamber inlet area temperature change is slow, when the circulating fluid circulation speed is slower, the tube wall temperature rise sharply adverse effect in the reaction.By optimizing the reactor reverse flow plate height and the structure of baffle, simulation of different height and different structure file flow plate under the condition of inlet velocity field, and by comparing the data of standard deviation, obtain a set of relatively optimal reverse flow plate height and flow plate structure make the material into the reactor after distribution more uniform. Through the loop reactor fluid temperature control system, to provide reactor temperature control more accurate, convenient, constant temperature control system, also provide the reaction chamber more accurate and stable heat transfer medium.
