In this paper, one-step synthesis was taken on the low resiliency polyurethane foam, blowing agents discussed (H2O), crosslinking agent (GLY), chain extender (BDO,DEOA and TEOA), a foam stabilizer (B8715) and the isocyanate index for the slow rebound polyurethane foam density, tensile strength, elongation at break, CLD40%, impact resilience, cell morphology, TGA, foaming time, the storage modulus and other properties, and found the water was 3.5 phr, a crosslinking agent GLY is 0.5phr, chain extender TEOA as 1.0phr, foam stabilizers B8715 is 0.5phr, the isocyanate index is 0.9 R obtained low resiliency polyurethane foam. The resulting foam product good elasticity, high strength, good thermal stability, the cell uniform and compact, suitable for use at room temperature slow rebound polyurethane foam. Wherein the tensile strength of 266kPa, elongation at break of 191%, CLD40% of 2.72kPa, the rebound rate of 7.9%,10% decomposition temperature of 299.36℃.Antimicrobial agents CA was choosed to low resiliency polyurethane foam antibacterial modification, tests showed that CA antibacterial was efficient, just add 1.0phr, namely antibacterial close to 100%. When a relatively small amount of antimicrobial agent was added, the mechanical properties of the composites and thermal stability would improve.
