| Marine oil has become an important and strategic energy resource, and has important significance to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese economy. With the development of offshore oil and the continuing progress of marine transportation industry, more and more oil pollutants has flowed into the sea. As Chinese current oil spill monitoring technology is not advanced and cannot obtain accurate and reliable monitoring data, it is difficult to obtain real-time location and detailed oceanographic environmental information of oil spill area. So effective monitoring technology which can help relevant staff to get specific equipment location and oceanographic environmental parameters of the spill area is urgently needed to reduce losses and harm caused by the marine oil spill accidents. Therefore,the software which used on the shore station can realize accurate positioning and real-time monitoring that can complete a plurality of oil spill monitoring equipment, and can connect to the Internet, to achieve network monitoring, is an important research topic.In this paper, to solve the oil spill monitor and alarm problems that the above mentioned, introduce about the overall design of the entire oil spill monitoring network system, including overall system architecture, the marine oil spill monitoring equipment and the shore station software. It has designed the oil spill shore station network monitoring software that has the function of on-line monitoring and alarm, constructed of the network monitoring of oil spill and other oceanographic hydrological information, the main content and innovation of this design are as follows:(1) Designed and achieved a two-way wireless function:With GPRS transmission technology, it has made two-way communication between oil spill equipment and shore station. The software can automatically alarm, the users can check the oil spill monitoring real-time data by software.(2) Designed and achieved the database function:To achieve data management using SQL Server database, it can improve the efficiency of data storage and simplify data management process, provide the basis for the prediction and treatment of oil spill.(3) Designed and achieved the electronic map function:Because the equipment has the GPS positioning function, including the oil spill information and position information of the transmission of information, with the help of the software online or offline electronic map, the accurate positioning of marine oil spill monitoring equipment can be got, it can provide a good man-machine interface.Through the experimental equipment of oil spill and the supporting software show that, the software is easy to use, can effectively realize the online information on the oil spill alarm and historical data query, and data can be shared through the network, to build a network monitoring, it can improve Chinese relevant departments processing speed of the oil spill accident in order to reduce the pollution of oil spill on the marine environment. |
