| To explore the effects of curing mrthods on leaf quality of different types of tobacco. Field experiments with K326,Honghuadajinyuan,Zhongyan100 of flue-cured tobacco material and Dabai1, TN86,TN90 of burley tobacco and Wanyuan3 of sun-cured tobacco were set up in Dazhou of Sichuan,Dali of Yunnan and Baofeng of Henan province. Research the effects of flue-curing,air-curing and flue-curing after air-curing on middle leaves and upper leaves quality of flue-cured tobacco and burley tobacco, and sun-curing, air-curing, sun-curing after air-curing five days later, sun-curing after air-curing ten days later on upper leaves quality of sun-cured tobacco. Results show that the effects of change curing methods on chemical component and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco; burley tobacco and sun-cured tobacco is larger.1.Appropriate air-curing may be beneficial to the improvement of the leaf quality before flue-curing. The contents of total nitrogen, nicotine, with the air-curing time extended are different increasing, while the contents of total sugar, reducing sugar, with the air-curing time extended are decimating.Although the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar of leaves on the air-curing are decimating, but the contents are in higher level; The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar of leaves of burley tobacco on the flue-curing are increase, but the contents are in lower level; The contents of reducing sugar and total nitrogen of leaves of sun-cured tobacco on the appropriate air-curing before flue-curing. are decimating. 2. The contents of Asn,Glu,Cys,Tyr and total amino acids of flue-cured tobacco on air-curing are different increasing, while the contents of Ser, His, Arg, Ala, Pro, Leu, Lys are decimating; The contents of Ser, His, Arg, Thr, Pro, Phe, Lys, Val of burley tobacco on flue-curing are different increasing, whlie the contents of Asn,Glu,Cys are decimating, the differences on contents of total amino acids of burley tobacco between flue-curing and air-curing is small. The flue-curing condition was advantageous to the accumulation of the contents of His,Arg,Ala,Pro of tobacco; the air-curing condition was advantageous to the accumulation of the contents of Asn,Glu,Cys of tobacco. 3. The difference in the contents and proportions of neutral aroma substances in leaves of flue-cured tobacco; burley tobacco and sun-cured tobacco from different curing methods are significant, although the the components were the same. The different method of curing is the important influence factors on differences of the content of neutral aroma substances between flue-cured tobacco and burley tobacco. The air-curing is unfavorable to the accumulation of the contents of characteristics neophytadiene, but significantly increased the contents of solanone and, The flue-curing condition is advantageous to the accumulation of the contents of megastigmatrienone. The contents of solanone, damascene, geranyl acetone, famesy acetone, solavetivone,dihydroactinidiolide,megastigmatrienone3, furfural, furfural alcohol and phenylethy alcohol with the air-curing time extended are different increase, while the contents of neophytadiene,megastigmatrienone1,megastigmatrienone2, megastigmatrienone4 and benzaldehyde with the air-curing time extended are decimated; The flue-curing condition was unfavorable to the accumulation of the contents of solanone, linalool, geranyl, dihydroactinidiolided and famesyl aeclonr of burley tobacco, but was advantageous to the accumulation of the contents of neophytadiene, dehydrogenation, keto-isophorone, megastigmatrienone, solavetivone and aromatic amino acid degradation products of burley tobacco. It is conducive to the accumulation of the contents of carotenoids degradation products, maillard reaction products, aromatic amino acid degradation products, solanone and neophytadiene of upper leaf that appropriate to extend the time of air-curing. Appropriate to extend the time of air-curing is conducive to the accumulation of the contents of megastigmatrienone, aromatic amino acid degradation products and neophytadiene of cutter leaf, but is unconducive to the accumulation of the contents of most of the neutral aroma substances of cutter leaf. 4. Under air-curing conditions, the aroma quality, sweetness and flue-curing style decreased for flue-cured tobacco; under flue-curing conditions, the aroma quality, sweetness increased, and burley style and irritation decreased for burley tobacco.Appropriately extending air-curing duration would improve the sensory quality of tobacco. 5. Researches show that appropriately air-curing before flue-curing would improve the leaves quality of burley tobacco.Flue-curing after the late air-curing would improve the leaves quality of flued-cured tobacco.Appropriately extending air-curing duration would improve the leaves quality of sun-cured tobacco. |
