Titanium alloys are used more and more widely in medical because of low elastic modulus, good biocompatibility and chemical stability, however, the wear resistance of titanium alloy is poor, the development of titanium alloy is restricted by the friction and wear, and produce negative influence to clinical application, therefore, using a variety of surface modification technique on titanium alloy surface, to improve tribological properties is very important. Thesis research starting from the surface modification of titanium alloy, preparation of hydrophilic and hydrophobic Ti O2 thin film on TC4 titanium alloy surface. Then, friction experiment is carried out under the blood lubrication, to explore tribological properties, achieving the goal of improve tribological properties.(1)Preparation Ti O2 thin film on TC4 titanium alloy surface by anodic oxidation, then through(Heptadecafluoro-1,1,2,2-tetradecyl) trimethoxysilane modify Ti O2 thin film, observe the surface morphology and test the surface roughness, surface hydrophilic/hydrophobic and membrane binding strength. The results show that the Ti O2 thin film surface is hydrophilic, through(Heptadecafluoro-1,1,2,2-tetradecyl)trimethoxysilane modify Ti O2 thin film surface is super hydrophobic. The membrane binding strength of Ti O2 thin film after Na F+Na2SO4 electrolyte anodic oxidation is bettet than Ti O2 thin film after HF electrolyte anodic oxidation.(2)Friction experiment is carried out of hydrophilic/hydrophobic Ti O2 film, research the properties of friction and wear, observe the wear surface morphology and investigate wear mechanism. The results show that the hydrophic/hydrophobic Ti O2 film on TC4 titanium alloy have anti friction characteristics, the wear form of Ti O2 film after HF electrolyte oxidation is abrasive wear, but the wear form of Ti O2 film after Na F+Na2SO4 electrolyte oxidation is plastic deformation, super hydrophobic Ti O2 film on TC4 titanium has best wear resistance after Na F+Na2SO4 electrolytic oxidation and(Heptadecafluoro-1,1,2,2-tetradecyl)trimethoxysilane modify.(3)Under blood lubrication, friction experiment is carried out, through the analysis of the influence of blood lubrication on hydrophilic/hydrophobic suface, the anti friction properties and wear mechanism under blood lubrication, the results show that under blood lubrication the hydrophic/hydrophobic Ti O2 film have anti friction characteristics, the wear form of Ti O2 film after HF electrolyte oxidation is abrasive wear and adhesive wear, the wear form of Ti O2 film after Na F+Na2SO4 electrolyte oxidation is plastic deformation and mild adhesive wear, super hydrophobic Ti O2 film has best wear resistance after Na F+Na2SO4 electrolytic oxidation and(Heptadecafluoro-1,1,2,2-tetradecyl)trimethoxysilane modify.
