In recent years, ionic liquids can be used as solvent and catalyst, because ionic liquids have lots of properties such as good solubility, high thermal stability, low vapor pressure, wide liquid temperature range, wide range of electrochemical window,easy recycling, and environmentally friendly. 3,4-Dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-(thio)ones compounds which have important pharmacological activity and wide application in the field of anti-microbial, anti-virus, anti-tumor, anti-bactericidal and inflammatory,so its green method of synthesis has aroused widespread concern. The Biginelli Reaction which catalyst is ionic liquid with imidazolium cation and trifluoroacetic acid anion, without solvent for reacting 1h in this paper. Then3,4-Dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-(thio)ones compounds are be synthesized.Molecular self-assembly, a ubiquitous process in chemistry, biology and material science, provides the foundation for building a variety of structurally well-defined and functional self-assemblies, and even intellectual organisms. To push the frontiers of molecular self-assembly, extensive efforts has been already exerted to fabricate and control the hierarchical structures. In contrast, the host-guest approach is simple and efficient, which is drawing increasing attention.But, the Scholars through the method of subject and object construct the regulation of self-assembly research is less, on the same subject and object, the study of the structure of different combinations are so less, as well as achieve the aggregation morphology changes through regular driving force.In our article, we achieve the different hydrogels with different combinations by TDPS/β-CD.In addtion,as the NaCl was added in the SDS@2β-CD systerm,we surperised get the metallic luster lamellae.We believe that they open up new scientific and technological fields of lustrous materials and coatings.
