Firstly, the existing spatio-temporal data model based on the established database model has much shortcomings, at the same time, spatio-temporal data model document of type is designed based on non relational database, in order to effectively organize, storage and manage spatial data. Then designing a temporal database management system, to achieve importing and exporing different sources, formats of data, and provide efficient query and spatial data management and maintenance functions. At the same time as the other systems or models such as the Dianchi basin non-point source pollution spatial process simulation demonstration system, SWMM, SWAT, ABM, cyanobacteria bloom early warning simulation module, chlorophyll inversion simulation and provide data support and interface of emergency response.In this paper, the specific work is as follows: 1) according to the characteristics of spatial and temporal process of non point source pollution simulation in Dianchi watershed, design of spatio-temporal data model based on relation database design. 2) through the establishment of spatio-temporal data management system, reference GDAL/OGR data conversion library, the realization of the vector, raster data, sensor data, GPS data import and export of spatio-temporal database. 3) implementation of spatio-temporal data, delete, change, check the increase of common data editing function.
