In recent years, aluminum cell began moving in the direction to the large, manufacturing process control automation, and it combines the information technology with production technology to build the base for large, very large development, design of optimization and operation running to energy efficient electrolyzer. Aluminum is a complex process, so, in the process of aluminum, the electric current is also a parameter with more than one variable. So, it is very necessary to monitor electric current, and for the monitoring and analysis of electric current, it is helpful to us to analyze the change of magnetic field, thus increasing the productivity of aluminum. To solve the above problems and the presence of some of the requirements, the cell full tank bus current monitoring software system is designed. The main content of this paper includes the following sections:1. The development of domestic and international aluminum cell surveillance in aluminum production and the impact of the welding current is analyzed, summed up the necessity of the whole cell current research on cell bus.2. For existing shortage of electrolytic monitor faced with the current monitoring requirements, the system needs to make a detailed analysis, including analysis of the selection control points, equipment, systems, hardware requirements and software requirements analysis, system data requirements and so on;3. Use WebAccess configuration software for data acquisition, real-time database storage and data display capabilities, and show the data bus full tank and alarm monitoring points;4. Use the C sharp language on the computer monitor to analyze real-time data analysis general, as well as various real-time curve, historical curve and histogram display comparative analysis;5. The detail design for each module monitoring system, including the overall architecture, business process design, the system test design, and complete test of the system.At present, there are a large number of aluminum reduction cell researches of current monitoring, but a full tank bus current practice is not yet running and welding research. This paper is on the bus current aluminum cell during normal operation, and when charged welding bus current corresponding monitoring and analysis, which make engineers to better understand current on aluminum cell, so can develop a better solution aluminum electrolytic aluminum to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
