| There is a clock out of sync phenomenon in production monitoring system of oil and gaspipeline which impacts technological parameter, defeats the determination of accidentresponsibility and threats the security of system. In order to fundamentally solve the problemcaused by a series of adverse effects, the paper builds the clock synchronization system of oiland gas pipeline monitoring, which can achieve the clock synchronization of SCADA system,leakage monitoring system, video monitoring system, telephone voice system, furnace controlsystem, the third party and other production equipment monitoring system laterally, alsoachieve the clock synchronization of the dispatch center, station, industrial control system PLCvertically, that means achieve the clock synchronization between systems and internal system.The system has a characteristics that discards the traditional timing system is of heavilydependent on the America GPS satellite, which can obtain accurate clock signal from theBei Dou satellite of Chinese independent research and development. The timing accuracy can beup to millisecond when it operates high precision timing on the computer by using the NTPprotocol.The PLC underlying of industrial control system uses Modbus communication protocol, inunicast mode by modifying the PLC internal RTC clock timing. A timing compensation methodis proposed in the timing method which an control in 100 milliseconds. |
