In 2004, Graphene of two-dimensional structure was found by mechanical stripping method in the high directional orientation of graphite. In the past ten years, the research of graphene developed rapidly. The national research institutions and companies have spared no effort to launch the research and application development of graphene. As known, the graphene is the thinnest and hardest nano-material with the best conductivity and flexibility. The graphene has become the ideal materials to make transparent conductive film, sensor, chip, touch screen and other next-generation electronic equipment. In view of graphene which contains unique and terrific physics and chemistry properties, Samsung, IBM, Apple, Google and other companies began to accumulate various patents related to graphene. The competition in the future patent war has started in the laboratory. The EU’s largest scientific research plan —— "Horizon 2020 programme" selected graphene as one of the two flagship research projects. The layout is more focused on the basic and frontier area.Bilayer transparent gauziness graphene was prepared in this paper, which possessed single atomic structure of double layers in two dimensions. Firstly the graphite oxide was prepared as the preparation of graphene materials. To research the controllable preparation method and conductive performance of few layers graphene is to lay the foundation for promoting the production of single or few layers graphene industrialization.Concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate were used as oxidizing agent respectively, and ascorbic acid/sodium citrate was used as binary system reducing agent. Graphene of bilayer or few layers was prepared by the oxidation and reduction method controllably. After annealing process, the sheet resistance of thin films of graphene was only 1682 Ω /sq. Graphene is a single layer of carbonaceous new material with honeycomb lattice of carbon atoms tightly packed. It has the high carrier mobility, high tenacity, high thermal conductivity, high strength, light weight and other performances. Through the improvement of process and process parameters of graphite oxide, we can achieve stably more perfect oxide graphite. It improved the degree of reduction of graphene and reduced the reunion phenomenon to prepare bilayer or less layers graphene effectively.We research on preparation method of graphene by ascorbic acid/sodium citrate for the binary reduction system. Compared with the traditional reductive agent, the binary reduction system not only has good reducibility, but also can improve the dispersion of graphene oxide, alleviate the p H value of the reaction solution, increase the anticoagulants of graphene layer, and remove the residual metal ions in graphene, etc. The method can improve the quality of monomers of graphene effectively.
