This selection of antibacterial stain is extract of Homalomena, Eriobotrya japonica leaf and Diospyros leather extract is mainly used as a mordant. Researched dyed directly colored viscose fiber by Homalomena extracts blended with viscose spinning solution; "bathing mordant" production of colored viscose fiber by Homalomena extract / Eriobotrya japonica leaf extract and Homalomena extract / Diospyros leather extract blending respectively, then blend with spinning liquid viscose respectively; and then handling direct dye colored viscose fibers by "after mordant". Test the basic properties, dyeing properties and antibacterial properties of these various colored fibers. After comparison, a better scheme is selected. It provides the basis for the use of the natural dyes which can meet the requirements of produce the color antibacterial viscose fiber.First, test the solubility of the three plant-based extracts, demonstrating these are highly soluble in water. Then Homalomena extract powder and its aqueous solution were added to the viscose spinning solution was prepared blend spinning fluid, and studied the performance of blend spinning fluid with different blending ratio. In addition, tested three plant-based extracts of antimicrobial resistance, by use agar diffusion method and Staphylococcus aureus, proved three extracts have good antibacterial properties.Second, by direct dyeing, "after mordant", "bathing mordant" prepared three blend films and study its properties. Based on the basic properties of direct dyeing mixed films testing found that extract aqueous solution and the spinning solution viscose good compatibility, meet the requirement of spinning. Also test the blend films of breaking strength, elongation at break, swelling rate, and made contrast research in pure sticky film. The proportion of "after mordant", "bathing mordant" directly use direct dyeing filtering scheme preparation blend film, and tested its dyeing properties, for fiber production select the best solution.Then, five kinds of colored antibacterial viscose fiber was spinned by wet spinning, testing its basic properties and antibacterial properties. The basic performance tests include fiber cross-section, the longitudinal cross-section, the degree of crystallinity, mechanical properties, electrical properties, moisture, friction performance, IR, etc., they all meet to the requirements of textile processing. National Ecological Textile Quality Supervision and Testing Center tested Homalomena viscose fiber antibacterial properties and issue test reports, the results for Staphylococcus aureus antibacterial rate was 98.8%.Finally, spinning the five kinds of colored antimicrobial viscose fiber woven into knitted fabrics, and test their color fastness. By K/S value comparison drawn: Diospyros leather mordant better than Eriobotrya japonica leaf extract; “mordant after” dark in color "bathing mordant" and direct staining. The color fastness test shows: five knitted fabric samples friction resistance, resistance to water, perspiration fastness are good, poor color fastness to sunlight. In general, color fastness "bathing mordant" fabric rather than "after mordant" is superior to direct staining.
