The SBR and ASBR reactor were used in the subject to investigate the operating characteristics of anaerobic ammonium oxidation process and shortcut nitrification process, and they were successfully operated in nitrogen coupling.During the process of studying the technological properties of the shortcut nitrification reactor, we can find that, control the dissolved oxygen concentration was 0.3~1.1 mg·L-1,the p H was 7.5~8,the influent ammonia nitrogen concentration was 180 mg·L-1,control the alkalinity was about 1300mg·L-1(adjust with Ca CO3),after 85 days of domestication, the rate of nitrite nitrogen accumulation was 91%.The start of the shortcut nitrification reactor was realized. At the same time, control the rate of alkalinity and ammonia nitrogen concentration was 3.57~5.7.In one cycle, the Ammonia oxidation rate can reach to 50%.The effluent NO2--N/NH4+-N was about 1~1.6.The effluent of partial nitrification satisfied ANAMMOX.During the process of operating the anaerobic ammonia oxidation reactor, we can find that: anaerobic digestion sludge and control the temperature was 35℃, p H was 7.5, After more than 120 days of domestication, the reactor was operated successfully. Then studied the influence of different temperature and p H and COD concentration to the reactor, we can find that, the best conditions was 35℃and p H 7.5.Study found that when the COD concentration is less than 150mg·L-1, organic matter added on the anaerobic ammonia oxidation process has to promote the role. When the COD concentration was higher than 150 mg·L-1, organic matter inhibited the anaerobic ammonia oxidation process.In the coupling process of ASBR anaerobic ammonium oxidation reactor and the pre SBR short-cut nitrification reactor: when influent NH4+-N was 180mg·L-1,p H was 7.5,adjust A/N(alkalinity was 650~1040 mg·L-1),detected the changes of DO and p H to estimate the end point of the partial nitrification. The concentration ratio of nitrite and ammonia nitrogen was about 1.4,adjust the p H, alkalinity and DO, after the anaerobic ammonium oxidation, total nitrogen removal rate was 76.67% ~ 88.33%.Studied the effect of changing the concentration of ammonia nitrogen of the coupling reaction, keep the influent alkalinity / ammonia was 3.57~5.7, we found that when concentration of ammonia nitrogen was 100~180 mg·L-1, coupling reaction were almost not affected by, when the nitrogen concentration increased from 100 to 300, ammonia oxidation rate decreased by about 17.2%, and maintained at about 48.3%, rate of nitrosation was basically not affected.
