Development And Production Of Environmentally Friendly Oil - Filled Styrene - Butadiene Rubber SBR1763

With the increasingly stringent environmental requirements, the market share of the non-environment-friendly oil-extended styrene-butadiene rubber is gradually reduced. The development of the environment-friendly oil-extended styrene-butadiene rubber products is a new direction for the development of enterprises. In this paper, the environment-friendly oil-extended styrene-butadiene rubber SBR1763 was studied. Without changing the synthetic route and basic reagent, the amount of the molecular weight regulator, environment-friendly termination agent and extended oil was adjusted to develop the high Mooney latex polymerization formula., to study the effect of the amount of termination agent on tensile stress at 300% elongation, to solve the problem of tensile stress and the oil-latex uniform mixing. The development of the environment-friendly oil-extended styrene-butadiene rubber SBR1763 was finished and the commercial production was finished. It fill in the Jilin company’s products of environment-friendly oil-extended styrene-butadiene rubber. The industry products were tested by Beijing Research & Design Insitute of Rubber Industry. The test result showed that the performance of those products reached the national standard. The industry production also show that environment-friendly termination agent had good termination action. Agent D500 and agent VD501 was added into the reactor respectively. So it made sure that the termination action was good. Adjusting the ratio of online mixing and batch mixing made sure that oil-latex mixing was uniform. Moreover, the continuous long period operation can realize.
