In order to respond to the increasing market demand of bag filter product customization, and to realize product design and innovation efficiently, this paper build a reconfigurable bag filter digital prototype which integrates reconfigurable design, simulation, analysis and optimization, by using digital prototyping technology and taking digital prototype integrated design analysis method, digital prototype model method and reconfigurable modular design method. On one hand, new product diversification and personalized digital prototype customization design can be realized, and the goal of using digital models instead of physical models to conduct product design, performance analysis and optimization test can also be achieved, which will shorten the R&D cycle and reduce the R&D costs. On the other hand, digital prototype design and simulation test for products highly similar with current ones can be realized, the goal of multi-stage performance analysis test of product life cycle can be achieved, and normal product life cycle can be ensured. According to the technical characteristics of the bag filter product, this paper systematically discusses analysis and application of relevant technical theory and implementation methods for building the reconfigurable bag filter digital prototype. The main work and achievements include:(1) According to the existing bag filter industry market demand and its product-related technical characteristics, the paper analyses and summaries the relevant technical research and implementation methods for building the reconfigurable bag filter digital prototype;(2) The paper makes a further research, divisiont and expansion to the relevant theoretical basis of the reconfigurable modular design method, and completes the reconfigurable bag filter digital prototype design in accordance with the actual customer requirements and relevant technology;(3) The paper makes a further analysis and summary of module partition method based on interface constraint relations and product design based on axiomatic design,proposes the module partition process and the module reasonality design process, and achieves reconfigurable module division and reasonality design of bag filter products;(4) The paper completes the analysis and summarization of the key Pro/E features and technologies for building reconfigurable product, proposes the building process of reconfigurable bag filter digital prototype based on Pro/E, and completes the construction process of reconfigurable bag filter digital prototype;(5) According to the synergistic requirements between structural prototypes and functional prototype in the reconfigurable bag filter digital prototype,this paper achieves the data stream output of reconfigurable bag filter digital prototype based on Pro/E;(6) Refer to extensive literatures and relevant technical software, this paper accomplish the product design reasonable standard construction and example application based on the reconfigurable bag filter digital prototype, and also propose various optimization methods for the platform.
